Only Coffee Project, North Sydney & Crows Nest
With its signature blue branding, Only is best known for offering Sey Coffee which is sourced all the way from Brooklyn, New York. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for newbies in the coffee scene. They have a range of beans on offer for you to take home and experiment with, or Only merchandise if you want to rep your local.

Ratio Coffee proudly just does coffee. Very well loved in the Crows Nest community, Ratio Coffee prides itself on providing exceptional service catering to both coffee enthusiasts and those who are just dropping by from neighboring suburbs. To them it’s not just a cup of coffee, it’s a sensory experience. They carefully curate and select the beans they offer, meaning you’re in safe hands with the specialists doing the work for you.

Humm Coffee Roasters are striving to build a “Hummble” community where their customers experience the controlled beauty that lies behind their coffee. They source and then roast their beans in-house meaning they have control of quality each step of the way. Their bean selection spans Africa, South America, Central America and Asia endeavouring to satisfy any palate. And their selection changes seasonally to ensure the best offerings are available throughout the year.
